The General Services Administration has released a second draft request for proposals for the third iteration of the Alliant governmentwide acquisition contract vehicle covering information technology products and services.
GSA said Saturday it is seeking industry input on specific areas of the Alliant 3 unrestricted, multiple-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, with comments due on Jan. 15.
IT services include agile development, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, zero trust network, biometrics and identity management, cybersecurity, quantum computing, robotics process automation and software development.
In January, GSA included a self-scoring requirement for sustainability-related disclosures as an amendment to the first draft solicitation for Alliant 3.
The current Alliant 2 GWAC is worth $75 million, with more than 40 vendors providing integrated IT platforms to over 100 government agencies.
