CISA’s Cybersecurity Division Operational Support Services Recompete Becomes Single Award Opportunity

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency has updated its planned recompetition of the Cybersecurity Division Operational Support Services contract, which was issued under the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services vehicle and is currently held by Deloitte Consulting.

According to an Acquisition Planning Forecast System notice issued Monday, the CSD requirement is now expected to result in a single award deal with a dollar range of $50 million to $100 million instead of a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity deal with a dollar range of over $100 million, as announced in August.

The expected release date of the solicitation has also changed, from March 29, 2024, to May 31.

The period of performance has adjusted as well. Previously, the contract was expected to be awarded by the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024, but now the award is expected to be issued by the first quarter of fiscal year 2025. The contract completion date has also moved, from Sept. 5, 2029, to Oct. 12.

The requirements of the contract remain the same. The winning contractor will support the cybersecurity mission of the CSD by providing a variety of services, including technical assistance, communications and program management.
