The U.S. Air Force is seeking proposals from small business, architect-engineering firms capable of providing Title I and Title II services for facilities sustainment, restoration and modernization and military construction planning efforts at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam and/or Naval Base Guam.
According to a sources sought notice posted on SAM.gov, a Multiple Award Task Order Contract will be awarded for the services and it will have a potential value of $930 million.
Work will focus on designs for vertical facilities/construction and will include the development of conceptual construction schedules and cost-estimating services. Selected contractors will also support the transition to zero-emissions facilities through increased energy and water efficiency, electrification of standard building operation, whole-building commissioning and deep energy retrofits, among others.
Contract scope may also cover projects at Joint Region Marianas.
Interested parties have until Jan. 16 to submit responses.
