Oshkosh‘s (NYSE: OSK) defense business arm has received a seven-year, $341.2 million contract to produce and supply medium equipment trailers for the U.S. Army.
Army Contracting Command received one bid for the contract via an online solicitation and will determine work locations and funding upon the issuance of each orders, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
DOD expects the company to conclude work on the fixed-price contract by Oct. 30, 2030.
Oshkosh Defense supplies the Army with A2 medium tactical trucks and trailers under a $141 million firm-fixed-price contract awarded in January.
The Oshkosh Family of Medium Tactical Vehicles are designed to support military operations by transporting troops, supplies and equipment and recovering weapon systems and vehicles.
