Keynote Speakers
Opening the day’s program with a keynote address is Rear Admiral Tracy Farrill, interim director of the Defense Health Network Continental at the Defense Health Agency. In her role, RDML Farrill leads one of nine DHA networks recently established as part of the agency’s reorganization efforts.
Andrea Fletcher, the first-ever chief digital strategy officer and Executive Director of the Digital Service at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, follows RDML Farrill with a morning keynote. Darrell LaRoche, deputy director for management operations for the Indian Health Service, agency within the Department of Health and Human Services, closes out our summit with a keynote speech. LaRoche is responsible for providing management direction to IHS program offices.
