Enlightenment Capital-backed IntelliBridge has acquired RevaComm, a digital transformation firm that delivers technology products and agile DevSecOps to federal civilian and defense agencies.
“The addition of RVCM to the IntelliBridge platform broadens the company’s technology capabilities, adding a suite of software products, a differentiated tech-enabled service offering and unrestricted contract vehicles that allow them to better serve their customers,” Jason Rigoli, partner at Enlightenment Capital and chairman of IntelliBridge, said in an email with GovCon Wire.
Currently, IntelliBridge has spots on a number of government and military contracts for technology and services, including the U.S. Army’s Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 3 Services, NITAAC’s Chief Information Officer – Solutions and Partners 3, Navy’s SeaPort Next Generation and Federal Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis vehicles.
RVCM will bring to IntelliBridge nearly 200 software, cyber and design professionals, according to IntelliBridge President and CEO Cass Panciocco. “This combination will form one of the largest pure-play providers of secure, agile software solutions to the US Federal government, creating opportunities for both our customers and employees,” he added.
