The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract also covers testing, evaluation, experimentation and analytics and is expected to be completed by November 2033, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
Deloitte was chosen out of 27 bids via an online solicitation launched by the service branch. The company will determine work locations on a per-order basis.
