Vinita Fordham, a technology executive with over two decades of combined government and industry experience, has been named chief innovation officer at Bridge Core, a NewSpring Holdings platform company, Forum reported Tuesday.
Fordham joined Bridge Core following a two-year stint as a research fellow at Deloitte Consulting‘s AI Institute for Government.
She held various roles of increasing responsibility across the U.S. federal government, including deputy director and chief technology officer for Digital Futures.
Her appointment follows Bridge Core’s September acquisition of agile analytics company GeoYeti to expand its data and analytics offerings for the federal government and the intelligence community.
In early October, Bridge Core also added Sue Gordon, former principal deputy director of national intelligence and two-time Wash100 awardee, and Bob Sharp, a retired U.S. Navy vice admiral, to its board of directors and appointed Andy Maner, former chairman and CEO of Avantus, as executive chairman.
