It’s that time of the year: the Potomac Officers Club is ready to reveal initial details about its annual, definitive gathering on all things autonomous technology, the Artificial Intelligence Summit. 2024’s edition has been set for Feb. 28 and registration is now open.
The 2024 AI Summit is the fifth consecutive iteration of an event that has attracted more attention with each successive year. It will be a comprehensive, detailed all-day engagement, occurring from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with breaks for delicious breakfast and lunch spreads, as well as key networking moments. Sessions will cover the latest breaking developments in generative AI, large language models and machine learning, taking both micro and macro perspectives on how these quickly evolving technologies are impacting the military and federal government.

The 5th Annual AI Summit will feature an afternoon keynote address from Dr. Kathleen Fisher, who serves as director of the Information Innovation Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. Dr. Fisher has concentrated her efforts on helping the U.S. attain and maintain information advantage and brings a great deal of hands-on experience conceiving and building high-assurance computing and machine learning tools.
The summit will also include three other vital keynote addresses from speakers to be announced soon, as well as six panel discussions in breakout rooms that hone in on specific aspects of AI and autonomous tech.
