The Department of the Interior issued a follow-up sources sought notice for its plan to implement a new records management system for the Office of Law Enforcement and Security.
The agency announced Monday that it is looking for a software-as-a-service platform with features such as application management, data management, web hosting and technical support for OLES.
DOI initially released a sources sought solicitation in April for a potential 10-year, single award contract to vendors that can propose next-generation law enforcement RMS. The cloud-based software should have at least a moderate-level certification under the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program.
The follow-up notice excludes system requirements for areas such as law enforcement training, fire incident reporting, national information exchange model search and rescue, certification tracking and emergency medical services.
Interested parties may submit their responses until Nov. 17.
