W3Nebula Technology’s Victor Brown Named Chair of Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 CTO Group

Victor Brown, CEO of W3Nebula Technology, has been appointed chair of the 4×24 CTO Group at Executive Mosaic.

The 4×24 executive leadership program is a series of dinners and networking events designed to provide a forum for government and industry leaders to collaborate more closely and effectively for the advancement of important mission areas. The CTO group brings public and private sector chief technology officers and senior technology leaders together to meet, network with and learn from elite government speakers.

“I’m looking forward to a new 4X24 season as CTO Chair,” said Brown. “The rapidly changing landscape of technologies and their applications across federal, DOD, IC and supporting corporations will make this season’s insights even more valuable. We have an exciting lineup and are adding more speakers each week. I can’t wait to see everyone at the next CTO event.”

Prior to joining W3Nebula Technology, Brown served as vice president and CTO of IBM. Brown has deep expertise in information technology and architecture, including hardware and software development, product management and knowledge management solutions.

“With technology consistently at the forefront of government priorities, CTOs are tasked with spearheading innovation initiatives, accelerating tech adoption and driving progress within their respective organizations,” said Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic and founder of the 4×24 program.

“We’re delighted to have Victor, former IBM CTO and a well-known figure in the tech sphere with over three decades of IT leadership experience, at the helm of our CTO group at this pivotal moment in the government technology landscape,” he added.
