Terri Walker-Spoonhour, former chief operating officer of HII‘s (NYSE: HII) technical solutions division, has been named senior vice president of integration and operations at Eqlipse Technologies, a portfolio company of private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners.
She will be responsible for spearheading current and future acquisitions through Eqlipse Integration Management Office and ensuring program execution by leading program operations, the company said Tuesday.
She spent nearly a decade at Alion Science and Technology before HII completed its $1.65 billion cash acquisition of the former company in August 2021. At Alion, she helped manage the delivery of integrated live, virtual and constructive training; cyber; electronic warfare; and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance products and services for the defense sector

Her industry career includes time as director of operations at QinetiQ Group‘s U.S. subsidiary and SVP for operations at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
