Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has secured a five-year, $96.4 million contract from the Washington Headquarters Services to provide the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering with scientific engineering and technical assistance support services.
SAIC will assist the OUSD(R&E) Business Operations Directorate in executive administration, financial and budget management, public affairs, human resources, information technology management, security and special access programs, the Department of Defense said Tuesday.
The contractor is expected to complete services by Sept. 10, 2028.
Work will occur at locations in Arlington, Virginia, including the Pentagon.
WHS is obligating $12 million in fiscal 2023 research, development, test and evaluation funds at the time of award.
