Alka Bhave, a more than two-decade public sector professional, has joined Baltimore, Maryland-based digital services company Fearless as president of the newly established digital division.
She will oversee the Fearless Digital team as the new division focuses on helping government and private sector clients address technology and organizational challenges facing their digital transformation efforts, the company said Monday.
“We’re excited to have Alka join us in this new role. Her experience working with government customers, digital transformation and strategy, and human-centered innovation will be critical to supporting our growing portfolios of public and private sector customers,” said Fearless CEO Delali Dzirasa.
Bhave brings to the role over 26 years of public sector experience across the areas of information technology services, systems engineering and integration, research and development and project and program management.
Before Fearless, Bhave was chief operations officer at nonprofit organization Riverside Research, which is focused on advancing scientific research in support of national security missions.
She held roles of increasing responsibility at large GovCon companies and has experience supporting government clients in the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security, NASA and the Federal Aviation Administration.
