3 Companies Win Spots on $750M Space Force Repair, Construction Services IDIQ

Three companies have won spots on a potential $750 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide the U.S. Space Force with installation repair and construction services.

CCI Utility and Construction Services, Custom Mechanical Systems Corp. and Maverick Constructors will carry out design, construction and engineering services to meet Space Force and other customers’ requirements, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

Work will occur at Patrick Space Force Base, Cape Canaveral Space Force Station and Kennedy Space Center in Florida and other U.S. Air Force units located in the state.

DOD expects work to conclude by Nov. 30, 2031.

The IDIQ was competitively procured with 59 bids received and will be funded using fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance budget.
