Juanita Tavares, former vice president of production operations at Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) space business, has transitioned to the role of VP of global supply chain management at the Bethesda, Maryland-baed defense contractor, according to her LinkedIn post.
She has been with Lockheed since September 2020, joining the company as director of supply chain management for commercial civil space and moving up to vice president post.
Tavares’ career includes several years with Dallas, Texas-headquartered manufacturing company ATI and nearly a decade with another manufacturer Georgia-Pacific. She was also with Millerbernd Manufacturing for almost three years, serving as director and then transitioning to vice president and/or general manager role.
