Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has wrapped up its purchase of Santa Ana, California-headquartered program management company Anser Advisory as the global professional services provider is looking to expand its support of public sector infrastructure projects in North America.
Both parties first announced the transaction June 21, and Accenture said Monday the acquisition would drive its capital project initiatives.
Anser Advisory was established in 2018 by RW Block Consulting, Pinck & Co, RGGroup Global and Simplus Management to offer capital program funding, construction management, executive advisory and project management services.
The advisory firm works with clients to help them advance decarbonization and clean energy projects for fleet electrification, energy transmission and distribution and storage sectors.
