Managed security services provider CISO Global (Nasdaq: CISO) has agreed to acquire Chesapeake, Virginia-based veteran-owned endpoint security technology provider SB Cyber Technologies for an undisclosed sum.
CISO said Wednesday it expects to close the transaction this summer and plans to add SB Cyber’s Checklight platform to the vCISO portfolio.
Checklight is designed to function like an antivirus tool in scanning, identifying and isolating malicious incidents in enterprise hardware and software.
The deal marks the second acquisition for CISO in 2023 and the 17th since the Scottsdale, Arizona-headquartered company’s inception in 2019.
