Christina Payne, most recently senior vice president of human resources and corporate relations at Precise Systems, has assumed the role of chief people officer at the company.
She will continue to oversee people strategy, employee development and culture initiatives in support of the company’s growth efforts, Precise Systems said Monday.
Payne is also responsible for talent acquisition, workplace safety, compensation and benefits and corporate and employee relations initiatives.
Precise Systems CEO Scott Pfister said Payne brings to the role her leadership experience and her promotion reflects the company’s confidence in her abilities and stewardship.
“As a vital executive team member, she has proven capabilities in aligning our people strategy with our corporate strategy, supporting our overall organizational goals beyond the traditional scope of people operations,” Pfister added.
In 2011, Payne joined Precise Systems as a human resources manager.
She holds a Society of Human Resources Management certification as a Certified Professional, Strategic HR Leadership and Professional of Human Resources.
Founded in 1990, Precise Systems provides acquisition and lifecycle support, digital transformation, engineering, information technology, technical and professional services to customers within the Department of Defense.
