Amentum has won a potential six-year, $946.6 million contract to provide life cycle support services for the U.S. Army’s fixed-wing aircraft fleet used in transport missions.
The award primarily covers support for C-12, C-26, T-6 and UC-35 aircraft platforms, according to an award notice published Saturday.
Life cycle services include aviation maintenance and logistical support; airworthiness, safety and quality assurance; heavy maintenance and overhaul; systems engineering; program management; retirement, divestment and disposal; and base operations support.
Army Contracting Command received five offers for the firm-fixed-price contract and obligated $50.1 million in fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds.
Work will occur in Chantilly, Virginia, through July 11, 2029.
