Jack Sears, a more than 25-year GovCon industry veteran, has been named chief growth officer of Precise Systems, a technical and professional services provider to the Department of Defense.
He will be responsible for the company’s capture, proposal and business development activities and help drive strategic growth efforts as a member of the executive leadership team, Precise Systems said Thursday.
Sears said he will advance growth by implementing capture activities, working with the company’s personnel, establishing a pipeline of opportunities and focusing on core customers.

Sears, a U.S. Navy veteran, most recently served as chief growth officer at cloud and cybersecurity services provider Aquia and was vice president of business development and capture at Parsons (NYSE: PSN).
He also held senior leadership roles at Space Micro, Epsilon Systems Solutions, Deloitte and KinetX Aerospace.
