The General Services Administration has released the final requests for proposals for six contracts comprising the follow-on One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services vehicle program.
GSA said Friday OASIS+ is composed of multiagency contracts for the acquisition of complex non-information technology services from the private sector: unrestricted contract and contract opportunities set aside for total small businesses, 8(a)-certified businesses, HUBZone, service-disabled veteran-owned and women-owned small businesses.
In early March, GSA issued the second draft RFP for the procurement vehicle.
The OASIS+ Unrestricted RFP, for instance, covers eight performance areas or domains.
These are management and advisory; technical and engineering; research and development; intelligence services; enterprise solutions; environmental services; facilities; and logistics.
The management and advisory domain covers acquisition and grants management support, business consulting, change management, information analytics and vulnerability assessment, among other areas.
Offerors have until July 6 to submit their questions regarding the RFPs through the OASIS+ submission portal.
Proposals are due Sept. 13.
