BrainGu has received a five-year, $125 million contract to support a cloud-based command and control environment for the U.S. Air Force’s Advanced Battle Management System.
The Small Business Innovation Research Phase III award will include the provision of DevSecOps as a service to the Department of Defense Platform One at multiple security classification levels, DOD said Thursday.
Under the contract, BrainGu will also provide Big Bang, Mission App, Developer Experience and Special Projects support services using the aaS delivery model.
Work will take place at the company’s Grand Rapids, Michigan facility through May 30, 2028.
The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center is obligating an initial $7.3 million in research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal year 2022 and fiscal 2023 at the time of the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract award.
BrainGu describes itself as a “software innovation lab” that aims to develop mission-critical applications built on DevSecOps and cloud computing processes.
