HII‘s (NYSE: HII) mission technologies business will support the U.S. Navy’s shore-based training systems under a potential five-year, $242 million task order.
The project will include applying a DevSecOps model to the hardware and software product development life cycle in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division Dam Neck Activity, the company said Tuesday.
HII Mission Technologies secured the task through the SeaPort Next Generation contract vehicle. The award has one base year and four option years.
The company has supported the Navy’s live, virtual, constructive training architecture environments over the past two decades.
