Darla Moon, former chief financial officer at Systems Planning and Analysis, has been appointed to the same position at Renovus Capital Partners’ newly formed government services platform Aretum Holdings.
The 25-year industry veteran will oversee financial operations at Aretum and its subsidiaries, the company said Friday.
Moon led SPA through its growth and profitability efforts as its CFO for the past four years and previously held a similar role at expeditionary support provider Patriot Group International.
Before Patriot, she was senior vice president of business operations and finance chief at ManTech with responsibility for a business unit’s financial planning, analysis and contract negotiations.
“Her extensive executive experience in financial management, M&A integration, strategic planning, and team leadership equips her to drive continued excellence in our core finance operations,” said Aretum CEO Damian DiPippa.
Renovus, a middle-market private equity firm, launched in April to offer technology-based support services in the defense and federal civilian sectors.
