Veritas Capital CEO and Managing Partner Ramzi Musallam was bestowed his 2023 Wash100 Award plaque by Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent visit to Veritas’ New York City headquarters.
Musallam has been recognized for eight consecutive years by EM’s organizational leadership for his unstinting vision, innovation and reliability, spearheading Veritas’ aggressive investments and acquisitions. In 2022 alone, Veritas purchased CAES Space Systems, Grant Thornton’s public sector business and Sequa. These acquisitions deepened the organization’s already robust government-serving technology portfolio.
The Wash100 Award was established in 2014 by Garrettson and his team as a dignified celebration of the most pivotal change-makers in government contracting and the federal sector. As the tradition has continued, its reputation has solidified as one of the premier predictors of future success in the industry. This is due to the fact that the Wash100 celebrates those who have both already demonstrated great achievements and who promise to deliver even more impressive results in the coming year.
Last year, EM reporter and editor Summer Myatt sat down with Musallam for an in-depth conversation. Read the story, which details the executive’s illustrious ascent and fascinating career.
Musallam’s time at the helm of Veritas has accelerated the company’s assets from $2 billion to $45 billion today. To learn more about his work and what earned him a place among this year’s highly revered Wash100 inductees, read his profile here.
