Elbit Systems (Nasdaq: ESLT) has booked a five-year, $305 million contract to manufacture 20 autonomous artillery rocket systems for the Dutch army under a government-to-government agreement.
The Israel-based defense company said Thursday it will supply Precise and Universal Launching System to the Netherlands for installation on the military customer’s truck platform.
Rockets and missiles, training and other support services are included in the deal.
The PULS launcher is designed to fire free-flying and precision-guided munitions ranging from 12 to 300 kilometers and can be mounted on a wide range of wheeled and tracked vehicles.
