Deltek to Buy Time Tracking Software Maker Replicon; Mike Corkery Quoted

Deltek has agreed to acquire time tracking platforms provider Replicon for an undisclosed sum to grow information and enterprise software offerings for project-based organizations.

Calgary, Canada-based Replicon offers software platforms for project time tracking, professional services automation, time and attendance, compliance and project billing operations to more than 2,500 customers, Deltek said Thursday.

The company also offers time tracking software for federal agencies and government contractors to help them manage projects and tasks.

Deltek said it expects the transaction to conclude in the coming weeks, subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions.

Mike Corkery, president and CEO of Deltek and a two-time Wash100 awardee, said the addition of Replicon’s suite of project time tracking, PSA and knowledge workforce management platforms will enable the company to meet the needs of more project and services-centric organizations.

“With this acquisition, Deltek will remain committed to Replicon and its partnerships and will continue to improve and expand integrations with leading HR, ERP and project management providers,” Corkery added.
