Client Solution Architects has completed the integration of Capstone into CSA operations and introduced the company’s updated website, vision, core values and mission as part of a rebranding effort.
Following its acquisition of Capstone in July 2021, CSA said Monday it started aligning its strategy and business objectives with the purchased company and moved to make strategic hires and organizational transitions in 2022 to further strengthen its footprint across the U.S. federal enterprise information technology and mission support service areas.
“These past two years have been about building growth momentum and restructuring for efficiency for CSA,” said CSA CEO Amy Bleken.
Bleken noted that the company retained 98 percent of its personnel and did not experience any service delivery disruption by managing and tracking employee sentiment.
“With CSA and Capstone integrated, we now provide robust training and simulation, enterprise IT and mission-centric portfolios in areas like IT modernization, DevOps, cybersecurity, data management, automation and process improvement. In the coming months you will see these capabilities expand as our client needs evolve and we tap into adjacent markets,” said Ronald “Fog” Hahn, chief growth officer at CSA.
