Boecore, an Enlightenment Capital portfolio company, has purchased San Diego-based information system security technology provider La Jolla Logic in a strategy to offer a comprehensive suite of products and services designed to help customers defend against cyber threats.
The deal provides Boecore with new offerings and access to additional government contract vehicles, Enlightenment Capital said Monday.
La Jolla Logic, a woman-owned business certified under the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) program, has developed artificial intelligence and machine learning and cyber tools for Department of Defense customers.
The two companies will have a combined workforce of approximately 400 employees that will support clients in space, strategic defense and hypersonic missions.
Boecore’s latest acquisition marks its third transaction with the backing of Enlightenment Capital.
