Elbit Systems (Nasdaq: ESLT) has secured a pair of contracts worth $202 million combined to deliver intelligence and electronic warfare aircraft and autonomous artillery systems to unnamed foreign customers.
The company said Tuesday it will equip a commercial aircraft platform with an EW suite, designed to help the operator defend against communication and radar threats, under a three-year, $100 million contract.
Under a separate $102 million contract, Elbit Systems will supply 155mm/52 caliber truck-mounted howitzers over an eight-year period.
The Autonomous Truck Mounted Howitzer works to fire all types of NATO-compatible 155mm ammunition at ranges exceeding 24 miles.
