Aeyon has received a two-year task order from the Department of the Navy to support data cleansing initiatives and to prepare to migrate the service branch’s legacy financial management applications to a new enterprise resource planning system.
The order in support of the Naval Office of Financial Operations was issued under a potential $1 billion contract vehicle for financial, accounting and business process services awarded by DON in April 2022, the company said Tuesday.
Pat Collins, chief growth officer of Aeyon, said the company has helped DON address complex challenges through the deployment of automated platforms and the latest task order continues its partnership with the service.
“Over time, we believe this financial migration will be critical to the Navy’s future audit preparation – delivering automated financial performance dashboards that produce accurate financial data and reliable and timely reports that are easily auditable,” Collins added.
