The U.S. Navy has awarded Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) a $210.1 million order to provide logistics support for the U.K.’s F-35 air systems.
Lockheed’s aeronautics unit will conduct ground maintenance, warehouse management, training and depot activities, the Department of Defense said Monday.
DOD added that the business will operate and maintain the automatic logistics information system for F-35 aircraft operators.
Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Maryland, issued the cost-plus-incentive-fee, fixed-price-incentive-fee, cost-reimbursable award under a basic ordering agreement with the company.
