LMI will help the Food and Drug Administration update agency business operations and processes through the company’s position on a five-year, $149 million blanket purchase agreement.
The Tysons, Virginia-based consultancy said Thursday it plans to offer digital transformation support across various task areas under the FDA’s Business Operations, Optimization, and Modernization BPA.
“We look forward to improving the utilization of resources, process, and systems for the FDA, ensuring the seamless integration of projects and missions, and ultimately delivering protection and promotion of public health,” said Zaki Saleh, senior vice president of health and civilian market at LMI.
He added that the company has more than 15 years of experience working with the agency.
The BOOM BPA task areas include strategic planning, new business model development, organizational change management, policy effectiveness studies, resource and risk modeling, performance management, coaching and mentoring, project transition and program and project management.
