The General Services Administration has released a second draft request for proposals for the follow-on to GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract after industry stakeholders submitted feedback on preliminary documents regarding the new multi-agency procurement vehicle.
GSA said Tuesday the OASIS+ draft RFPs contain solicitation section details and qualification matrices for the unrestricted and small business set-aside tracks.
OASIS+ is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract vehicle for federal agencies to access a range of complex non-information technology offerings from the private sector.
GSA’s Office of Professional Services and Human Capital is scheduled March 15 to host a virtual industry day in preparation for the release of a final solicitation in the second quarter of fiscal year 2023.
