The DSC-EMI Maintenance Solutions joint venture has secured a potential eight-year, $246.8 million contract to support operations at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in North Carolina.
Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command acted as the contracting activity and received 10 offers for the fixed-price-plus-award-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
DOD noted the company will maintain and repair buildings, roads, waterfront, airfields and other base structures.
The award has a one-year base period valued at $19.3 million and seven option years.
USMC will obligate the full base value through the issuance of a recurring work task order using the branch’s fiscal 2023 operation and maintenance funds.
