System Studies & Simulation has won a five-year, $81.5 million contract from the U.S. Army to perform technical engineering work.
The branch received four bids for the firm-fixed-price and time-and-materials contract via an online solicitation and obligated $6.5 million on the award using fiscal 2021 other procurement funds, the Defense Department said Tuesday.
Work will occur at the contractor’s facility in Huntsville, Alabama, and is projected to conclude on March 15, 2028.
S3’s core service offerings in the defense market include engineering, acquisition, training, simulation, logistics and security support.
