In her new role, Hopkins will oversee a unit that offers space products, systems and technical services to national and defense intelligence agencies.
She most recently served as VP and general manager of Capella Space‘s U.S. government services arm.
Before Capella, she held senior director roles at Boeing‘s (NYSE: BA) Phantom Works subsidiary and Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC).
Hopkins held various positions at the U.S. Pacific Command, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Defense Intelligence Agency earlier in her career.
