Systems Planning and Analysis will continue to provide engineering and technical support to a Naval Sea Systems Command directorate under a five-year, $168.3 million contract.
Contract work entails assistance to the Above Water Sensors & Lasers Directorate in NAVSEA‘s integrated warfare systems program executive office in development, acquisition and delivery efforts, SPA said Thursday.
“For over 15 years, SPA’s partnership with PEO IWS 2.0 has helped the Fleet develop, acquire, and deliver leading edge electronic warfare solutions to the warfighter,” said Rich Sawchak, CEO of SPA.
The company will additionally perform digital, model-based and systems engineering, program management and test and evaluation services across the directorate’s portfolio.
Work will primarily occur in the Washington Navy Yard area in Washington, D.C.
SPA previously supported PEO IWS 2.0 under a $94 million follow-on prime contract announced in 2017.
