Kenneth Russell, a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and the government services industry, has joined defense technology provider Innoplex as vice president of intelligence.
He will lead a program management team and help oversee a portfolio of prime contracts under Innoplex’s Intel Mission Services Division, the company said.
Russell previously served as senior program and project manager at Accenture‘s (NYSE: ACN) federal services subsidiary and prior to that he was a director at Novetta, which Accenture acquired in August 2021. He came to Novetta through the acquisition of software engineering provider WaveStrike in June 2020.
His private sector career also included business development roles at CACI International (NYSE: CACI) and L-3 Communications.
While in the Air Force, he served as operations superintendent.
Columbia, Maryland-headquartered Innoplex supports defense and intelligence customers in the areas of wireless technology, signals analysis, systems engineering and cybersecurity.
