GovCIO has won a 10-year, $139 million contract to help the Commodity Futures Trading Commission manage, operate and maintain the agency’s core information technology infrastructure.
The Core Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance and Support Services program covers IT assistance to CFTC’s data, voice and video system users, as well as the implementation of new agency projects and technology platforms, the company said Wednesday.
Rebecca Miller, president of the health and civilian services sector at GovCIO, said the rapid delivery of IT infrastructure operations and user support services under the contract will enable the commission to achieve its current and future mission objectives.
The company will partner with the CFTC Division of Administration IT Branch to administer contract services for the agency’s IT enterprise and processes.
