The Defense Information Systems Agency has issued a request for an initial presentation to potential developers of a decision support tool for the Joint Electromagnetic Battle Management system.
DISA is looking to award an other transaction agreement for the EMBM-J-DS prototype project through a three-phased acquisition process, according to a notice posted Friday on SAM.gov.
EMBM-J is divided into four capabilities: situational awareness, decision support, command and control and training. The forthcoming effort will focus on developing a tool to support joint deliberate planning, cloud deployment and DevSecOps implementation.
The decision support tool should employ an open architecture design to allow for the integration of new systems in the future, DISA noted.
Industry participants will help the agency provide a minimum viable capability release that outlines planning and management capabilities for EMBM-J-DS.
Responses to the request for proposals are due Feb. 24.
