Day & Zimmermann has appointed former CIA officials Jeanne Foster, Mark Kelton, Stephen Perron and Phil Reilly to the advisory board under D&Z’s government-focused business to provide guidance on its work with public sector customers worldwide.
They will serve as senior advisers to the D&Z Government Services organization on efforts to bring technology products and services to the U.S. national security mission, the company said Monday.
In addition to the CIA, Foster held leadership positions at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the National Reconnaissance Office.
Kelton previously led the CIA’s Counterintelligence Center and served as senior vice president for intelligence advisory services at DynCorp International, now part of Amentum.
Perron was director of security at the civilian foreign intelligence service from July 2018 to October 2020 and Reilly formerly served as chief of the agency’s Special Activities Division.
“With a unified vision of enhancing mission-support, we will be focusing on today’s complex security environment and the emerging and evolving threats of tomorrow,” said Doug Magee, president of D&Z Government Services.
