Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has received a pair of bridge contracts worth $189 million combined from the Defense Logistics Agency to deliver supplies necessary for the U.S. military to maintain, repair and operate facilities.
The two contract extensions have a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract structure and have been awarded on a sole-source basis, the Department of Defense said Friday.
DOD noted the first award is for 332 days of work in Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
Work under the second award will last for 456 days and take place in Hawaii, Guam and the Kwajalein Atoll.
