Kathleen Creighton, a retired U.S. Navy rear admiral, has been named to the board of directors of ManTech.
She will bring to the board decades of experience in cybersecurity, information warfare, network operations, information technology and command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, ManTech said Wednesday.
Matt Tait, president and CEO of ManTech, said Creighton’s experience overseeing operations in IT, cyber and networks will help the company advance its presence in these areas.
“Her experience and insights will help drive our focus of Bringing Digital to the Mission and ensure continuous technological superiority for every branch of the military,” Tait added.
Creighton’s 33-year career in the Navy included time as director of information warfare integration on the chief of naval operations staff; director of C4 for U.S. Pacific Command; and deputy commander, Joint Force Headquarters for the Department of Defense Information Network.
She serves as an independent director for West Bend Mutual Insurance Co.
