Digital Intelligence Systems has completed its acquisition of LinTech Global in a transaction that expands its portfolio of staffing and information technology offerings for defense and federal civilian agency customers.
Mahfuz Ahmed, founder and CEO of DISYS, said in a statement published Tuesday LinTech’s experience and knowledge in the federal space will provide key insight that could help DISYS broaden its federal workforce and IT platforms to support federal market clients’ digital transformation efforts and help them meet their mission-based directives.
“Today’s employment environments are dynamic. From talent to workplaces to intricate IT solutions and digital innovations, these challenges are constantly evolving. The federal space is no exception,” said Ahmed.
As a result of the transaction, LinTech will become part of the DISYS portfolio as an independent business division.
LinTech has been providing Agile software development, cybersecurity, enterprise IT infrastructure support, engineering, financial management and health IT support services to defense and federal civilian agencies since 2007. The company holds spots on several contract vehicles including the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule, 8(a) STARS III and Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3.
Michael Lin, president and CEO of LinTech, said joining DISYS will enable his team to grow in support of federal market clients and employees.
