Bajinder Paul, a 25-year federal service veteran, has been appointed president and chief innovation officer at Baltimore, Maryland-based information technology services company Arch Systems.
He brings to the position over two decades of experience in operational and strategic leadership and information technology encompassing software development, project and program management, cloud-based transformation, cybersecurity, IT acquisition, budget oversight and enterprise architecture, the woman-owned small business said Friday.
Arch Systems CEO Vini Ehsan said Paul’s transformative ideas, guidance and vision will help advance the company’s growth initiatives.
Prior to Arch, Paul was deputy chief information officer at the Department of Agriculture. He held senior IT leadership positions at other federal agencies, including the Department of the Treasury’s office of the comptroller of the currency, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Federal Trade Commission and the General Services Administration.
He also served as an adjunct professor at Howard University and Georgetown University.
Arch Systems is a Baltimore-based minority woman-owned small business that provides IT platforms and digital transformation support to federal government clients.
