The General Services Administration has posted a draft request for proposal for the follow-on to its One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contracting vehicle and is seeking industry comments to inform the development of the OASIS+ Program.
The release moves the agency closer to launching the next generation acquisition vehicle for complex non-information technology services, GSA said Wednesday.
The initial draft for OASIS+ includes solicitation section details and provides qualification matrices for proposed vehicles related to unrestricted and total small business classes.
As noted on a cover letter accompanying the draft RFP, GSA wants feedback on the following considerations: a different acquisition strategy with respect to NAICS codes; the Cyber-Supply Chain Risk Management Plan; the 10-year period of performance; Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System performance evaluations; and sustainability as measurable criteria.
GSA will receive comments until Dec. 31.
The agency is also planning to release a second draft RFP in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2023.
