The Department of Homeland Security is seeking industry comments on its draft synopsis and vendor selection criteria for a follow-on architectural engineering services contract vehicle with a potential ceiling value of $1 billion over 10 years.
General architect-engineer services under the multiple-award indefinite-deliver/indefinite-quantity contract encompass coastal, civil, mechanical, geotechnical and structural engineering, according to a notice published Tuesday on SAM.gov.
DHS noted the recompete effort will support construction and renovation projects for government-owned or leased facilities across the U.S., Puerto Rico and Guam.
In 2017, the department awarded six large companies and four small businesses spots on the Architecture and Engineering Services II contract.
