A Tutor Perini (NYSE: TPC) subsidiary has secured three contracts worth $164.1 million combined to provide a range of construction and repair services in support of federal and military projects.
The U.S. Coast Guard awarded Perini Management Services Inc. a pair of task orders totaling $132.5 million to help rebuild hurricane-damaged facilities and infrastructure at Base San Juan in Puerto Rico.
PMSI will demolish existing infrastructure, perform site work and paving and construct new buildings, including a two-story structure that will have approximately 44,000 square feet of space for an armory, aids to navigation functions and a central utility plant.
USCG expects work under the task orders to be completed in May 2027.
PMSI will also repair, renovate and upgrade the Ahwahnee Hotel under a $31.6 million firm-fixed-price contract from the Department of the Interior’s National Park Service.
